Pilmico, together with Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV), held its annual KiDisaster Preps activity last 15 October in Tarlac to promote and educate the value of disaster preparedness among children — most vulnerable and most affected during disasters.
228 children from Balanti Elementary School received go-bags from Pilmico and AEV which include: rain coat, rain boots, compact medical kit (alcohol, betadine, cotton, bandaid, insect repellant, face mask), hygiene kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, face towel), flashlight, whistle and The Care Package: High Energy Biscuits.
The KiDisaster Preps is a joint project of Pilmico Taskforce Integrity – Tarlac and AEV Risk Management team.
